TRAIN WITH ME

When we practice together, you can expect some  sweat, some stretch, a fair amount of falling over, maybe some swear words here and there, and a lot of laughing, the kind where you snort a little bit. 
Arrive to class with a sense of curiosity and you’ll leave each class feeling like a bad ass.  I’m well trained to teach to all practitioners: yogis with experience and yogis who are brand spankin’ new. 
I teach from the Vinyasa and Yin traditions to groups, individuals, kids/teens (no swear words in that one), and to yogis who are healing from trauma. My teaching is informed by the Eight Limbs of Yoga and the Sutras of Patanjali; my focus is always on empowering you to grow stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally.
